You can see the crispiness in this carrot cake. Fresh shrimp in every bite. The chilli is wonderful match as well. Q can be long and seats limited. But this simple and well cooked plate spark joy every time I come back here. 😋 so good its worth a pic from every angle.

A firm favourite of many, this popular CKT stall doesn't disappoint. The white carrot cake has a crisp outer layer, and there are generous portions of eggs all round in every bite.. Served in portion sizes of $3.50, $4.50 and $5.50, the price is very reasonable for the portion sizes given. Service is warm and friendly, and the interim hawker centre is well ventilated and comfortable.

I tried the white carrot cake. The homemade carrot cake had a lovely moist and soft texture. It was fried to a nice crisp on one side and bound together by a generous amount of egg. The aunty grates the chunk of carrot cake into pieces and lays them on the pan to fry and crisp. She then pours a nice slather into of egg to hold everything together and then cuts them up into squares for serving. The wait isn’t too bad as they make them in batches.

Exceptional Curry Powder White Carrot Cake w Prawns! Owner is friendly, upfront and patient. Personally I don’t enjoy most carrot cakes, but for this specific stall, I would gladly take a large order please! 😋 I did try the black carrot cake in the past and didn’t like it as much. White w prawns is where the gold is at! 🥕🦐

This has to be the crispiest fried carrot cake I have had. It was deliciously moist and flavorful with that delectable crunch. The “white” carrot cake was crispy, had a good ratio of egg and was still soft in the middle. The “black” carrot cake with sweet sauce was as tasty and had a nice crisp and the level of sweetness was just right. Ordering is as easy as pointing to the picture, point to the amount and indicating how much chili you wanted. Piece of carrot cake. 😂
