This discovery triggered fond memories of lunchtime reunions with my family . I eagerly ordered my favorite dry Pork Noodle, which didn't disappoint. The springy noodles, served with vinegar and chili paste, came accompanied by meatball, liver, pork, wanton, and a small piece of dry BBQ fish. Crispy pork lard, absolutely divine. Their signature soup, included in the price, added depth to the dish.The generous portion was a steal.
