Janggut Laksa @ Roxy Square—also known as The Original Katong Laksa—has roots dating back to the 1950s when founder Mr Ng “Janggut” Juat Swee first sold laksa by Marine Parade beach . Today, the iconic air-conditioned stall at Roxy Square features the same signature short-cut rice vermicelli, rich yet mellow coconut-laksa gravy, succulent prawns, fishcake, and aromatic laksa leaves.
